Warranty
EMA Inc. will warranty all products described on the website to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase. The customer, by the purchase of said products, indicates acceptance of the following limitations.
1. The customer must provide a valid sales receipt or invoice indicating the purchase date and product in question.
2. Replacement with an equivalent part, where the equivalent part is determined solely by EMA Inc.
3. Reimbursement of a dollar value not exceeding that indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice, excluding any currency exchange and/or shipping charges.
4. EMA Inc. will not assume any warranty or liability, suggested or implied, in the event of damage or loss, against the installed vehicle or person or other 3rd party claims.
5. The warranty will not cover damage, or loss of use, of the product through, but not limited to, incorrect installation, inappropriate use of tools, user inexperience, installation upon the incorrect vehicle model or make, damage/loss/interference with previously installed non-OEM or modified OEM components, damage or loss of functionality due to environmental conditions, and damage or loss of functionality due to inappropriate vehicle maintenance.
6. Manufacturing defect claims against the subjective quality of a products finish or surface finish will remain solely the judgement of EMA Inc.
Returns
EMA Inc. will accept product returns up to 60 days from the date listed on the valid sales receipt or invoice. The customer, by the purchase of said products, indicates acceptance of the following limitations.
1. The customer must provide a valid sales receipt or invoice indicating the purchase date and product in question.
2. The product must be returned in the original packaging in saleable condition where determination of the product condition is evaluated solely by EMA Inc.
3. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee where the sales receipt or invoice value is used in the calculation of the restocking fee.
4. Reimbursement value of full or partial credit will be determined at time of inspection outlined in Returns item 2 above.
5. Reimbursement of a dollar value not exceeding that indicated on the original sales receipt or invoice, excluding any currency exchange and/or shipping charges.
6. You must return your product through the original point of purchase. If the original point of purchase is no longer available please contact us directly.
7. You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization code from the customer support team.
